Policy

• All services are guaranteed. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, we will re perform the service within 3 days. We must be notified on the original day of service with your name, contact info, and Service rendered. Clients who are not able to return within a given time frame for any reason are not guaranteed compensation. • If you agree to an upgrade or additional services suggested by the technician or staff, you will be responsible for payment based on those charges. • We will not be responsible for allergic reactions due to certain ingredients in the products or burning due to waxing on clients who are using acne medications, acne creams or have sensitive skin. • Children are rot allowed in the spa if not receiving service. If children are receiving services, please be specific with the front desk on what they are to receive and not to receive. It is the guardian's responsibility to pay for any additional upgrades. • We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings. • Appointments will be held for 10 min. After this grace period the appointment may be given away. Please call us at least an hour for your late arrival. If you want to cancel or reschedule, please do notify us a minimum of 12 hours in advance prior to your appointment time. • To maintain a peaceful & relaxing visit for our guests, we ask that you place your cell phone ringer on "vibrate' or "silent" while receiving your treatment. • We provide a pair of flip flops for you to put on after the pedicure is done. Remember that these are NOT designed to drive cars or walk out of the salon. We are not responsible for any accidents using these flip flops outside the salon door.• No refunds will be given once you walked out of the nail salon. • For your convenience. We accept cash, Visa & MasterCard credit cards for payment. Checks are not accepted. Tips may not be charged on credit cards. Cash only, please. • Gift certificates are non-refundable or exchanged for cash, nor will cash be given in exchange for unused balances. ME Nail & Hair Salon is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged certificates, or any unauthorized certificate use. • We Reserve the Right to Refuse Service To: • Anyone with a nail condition we suspect may be contagious. • Anyone with open or infected wounds on or around the treatment area.• Anyone in ill health that we suspect may be contagious, or we fear could be further harmed by our services. • Anyone more than 15 minutes late for an appointment. • Rude, mean, or disrespectful people.
